Hello Stuntfans - Exciting times are upon us, yes they are. Trailer Wife posted a message saying that she needs dates, times and locations. We like the operative word in this sentence - needs. In fact I recall that she may have written three sentences on the message board at Drunkstuntmen.com that included the word "Need" She doesn't want to know where the Drunk Stuntmen are playing their upcoming gigs she needs to know. We like that. Well guess what? We need to know where you want us to play. A few people have made requests and Steve is working hard to honor them. But what WE need are names and addresses. Send us the name and address of your favorite venue. A phone number and contact info would be even better. The early portion of the tour is booked. And we will start posting dates online as early as next week. Rumor has it that the first gig of the State Fair Tour is going to be in NH on a Saturday in March. Perhaps a spot of Green should be in your wardrobe for this show.

There are shows booked in Boston, New York, Chicago. Hey Cleveland are you listening? When and where and bring your friends. We can chat about that giant Hot Dog that Phish rode in to ring in the New Year at the Boston Garden. Yep, that hot dog currently resides in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Any city who plays host to something as special as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame should be able to fill a venue with enthusiastic music fans.

This tour is going to be a national tour so get in touch with the band and let us know...names and addresses. Right now we are booking April and May, so don't hesitate.

State Fair is currently in production, the printing is happening, the discs are being burned and enhanced. You can help. Remember a few years ago when you helped us produce an album by pre-ordering it? You can do the same thing by either downloading the digital version of State Fair from drunkstuntmen.com. Or you can help us generate cash to produce the hard copy of State Fair by purchasing the Back To Back DVD. This is a real hot item. If you have seen the trailer for the Fox Searchlight Film Young@Heart, you can see how very special it is to see this group of seniors perform. These folks combined with the Drunk Stuntmen for a very special show in 2004 at Northampton's Academy of Music. Back to Back is a document of that performance.

In other news, the Middle Earth Music Hall in Bradford , VT has announced that it will cease operations in 2008. They cite the reasons being that they just wanted to be a music venue but somewhere along the line turned into a bar and restaurant. There are still a number of wonderful acts scheduled and we encourage you to patronize the Middle Earth as often as you can. The opportunity to see the Drunk Stuntmen on final time at this wonderful oasis is in the works.

Stuntman Steve and Bow Bow will be playing in the Tap Room at Hyland Brewery in Holland, Ma this weekend on Sunday, February 17. Check out the tour dates for more information.
