Every Third Thing - song of the Day on Garageband.com

* Every Third Thing - song of the day on Garageband.com

Hiya Stuntfans - Due to even more favorable reviews on Garageband.com, the Drunk Stuntmen song Every Third Thing, will be the featured song of the day, Feb 1, 2008. This accolade comes one month before the release date of the much anticipated album, State Fair, which is currently being pressed for distribution.

On another note the Drunk Stuntmen were awarded Best Guitars in Indie Rock on Garageband.com for the week of January 14, 2008. Check out the site, it is a lot fun.

We can't show you the artwork for the album State Fair just yet, but if you want a glimpse into portfolio Amy Johnquest, the artist who is doing the work, go to http://www.bannerqueen.com/. The Drunk Stuntmen are honored to be working with an artist with such an amazing background.

If you are a Western Massachusetts resident, later in the week, members of the Young@Heart Chorus will be on the Bill Dwight show, 1600 on the AM dial, talking about their experiences at the Sundance Film Festival. The Young at Heart Chorus is going to be playing the South By Southwest Festval in Austin, TX in March. The Drunk Stuntmen are currently negotiating to participate in the Festival and Conference, as well. We are looking for additional venues to play when we are down there. If anyone knows of a cool party which could benefit by having the Stuntmen play, let us know. We would love to join you.

Stuntmen Steve and his Krewe of devoted Stuntfans are working very hard to make the upcoming tour one of the best. We are in a unique position to make this experience the best and far reaching tour ever. Between solidifying the release of State Fair, promoting the Back To Back DVD of the Stuntmen and the Young at Heart Chorus and the release of the Fox Searchlight film Young At Heart, on which the Drunk Stuntmen are an integral part of the soundtrack, things may get overlooked.

So, please let us know where to book venues on this upcoming tour and let us know what you want to hear. You can contact us through Drunkstuntmen.com. Leave your request on the message board. You can also contact us at www.myspace.com/drunkstuntmen.

Whole Lotta Rosie a myspace.com Stuntfan from Ohio wants to see Drunkstuntmen. How about you? We can't play it if you don't say it. On that note, maybe the Sadlackians should revisit the message board and let their voices be heard, because "The Rain Song" was NOT played on New Years Eve. Maybe you will be the first to hear it as the State Fair 2008 tour gets underway.

Until next time...Do Your Own Stunts!

Taping policy:

Drunk Stuntmen encourage taping of their live shows for personal and noncommercial sharing and blaring purposes. Some venues may put restrictions or prohibit taping. Please don't go to see us at those venues anymore.
We love you.
