Weekend Update

Greetings Stuntfans!

Thanks go out to all who attended Sammy's Big Night at Mount Holyoke on Thursday night. The Stuntmen played a short but sweet set with acoustic versions of "Two Good Wheels" and "Halcyon Days"

The packed room witnessed great performances by many of the Valley's favorite musicians both veterans and the up and coming stars of tommorrow. Any one who was in attendance knew what a privilege it was to be in that room. Our Love goes out to Chris Haynes and of course,Sammy. Sammy has a great video of the show to watch when he gets older.

If last night's Drunk Stuntmen set was a mere tease, and you crave the whole boat ride get yourself up to Brattleboro, VT, tonight. The Drunk Stuntmen are playing at the Weathervane, 19 Eliot Street.

Tommorrow they are going to be playing at the Middle Earth in Bradford, VT. Again, this is the last chance to see the Stuntmen for a while. Next week, they head to Winston-Salem, NC to record the new album.

Steve will be playing at the Iron horse on September 28th, opening for Fancy Trash.

If you are plannning to go to the Drunk Stuntmen show at the Rodeo Bar in NYC on October 6th, you may want to stop by Town Hall earlier in the evening to check out the New Yorker Festival - How New Yorkers Bike. David Byrne is hosting an evening dedicated to the advancement of bicycling in New York City. Appearing on the bill will be the Young At Heart Chorus. Tickets are $16.

Keep your eyes open for the release of the Drunk Stuntmen/Young At Heart Chorus Back to Back DVD. This is a video documentation of the show performed at Northampton's Academy of Music in December of 2005.

We, at Drunkstuntmen.com, are trying to get better at keeping the web page updated so you know where we are and what we are doing. The next couple of months are going to be very busy. If you have any comments, requests, questions please contact us, or drop us a line on the message board. The message board is a great way to stay in touch with us. For example, we had no idea that we were singing some of the lyrics you are hearing. we are still trying to figure some of them out. As Bow Bow pointed out the Drunk Stuntmen CDs are enhanced for your computer and do contain a lyrics section for the material on the album. But I think we can all agree, Bow Bow, that the Lyrics for Downtown Boys are not "F*** You!" Check out the Lyrics thread. It is the longest ever, let's keep it going....

Remember - Do You Own Stunts!
